General description
CKJP-125, 259, 400, 600/1.14 (single-pole) type AC vacuum contactor is applicable to electrical system with AC 50Hz, primary feedback circuit rated operating rated voltage 600-1140V, rated operating current 125-600A current, closing and breaking circuit and starting and controlling AC motor frequently, it is also applicable to magnetic force starter of different range of protecting, in particular, suitable for composing explosion proof magnetic starter.

CKJ11-125, 160 type vacuum contactor can be into vertical and horizontal contactors two types both of which use ZKTJ 125/1.14 type vacuum switch tube as arc extinguisher. The main contact is closed in the vacuum switch tube, so arc can’t be bared. The product has the features of reliability, strong differentiate capacity, long endurance, and small cubage. It is suitable for the electric system with AC 50Hz, rated operating voltage of 1140V, and rated operating current of 160A for opening and closing the main circuit directing or at far. This product especially suits for explosion-proof electromagnetic starter in the mine for controlling continually operating tri-phase induction-motor, also for closing and open other over load.

General description
This series contactors are composed of insulation frame, metal base, transmission shaft and crutch, electromagnetic system, permanent-magnet, power module, auxiliary switch and vacuum interrupter and so on components. While electromagnetic coil across the control voltage, armature drives the crutch rotation to open the main contact in the vacuum interrupter. Meanwhile, auxiliary switch breaks power of electromagnetic coil, turns to be permanent-magnet maintenance. After power broke by control loop, energy storage power of power module discharges to electromagnetic coil for degaussing, and the main contact broke under the function of opening spring.
